POSSIBLE SOLUTION FOR OLD TIRES
I think a possible solution to the environmental problem that is causing the tire is to generate awareness through education lectures, capacitation, among other, that help to recycle and reuse the old tires. Many people think it's serious environmental problems that generate the tires but never take one of the old tires for recycling.
There are many utilities that we can give to old tires, we can use them as containers for garden plants, swings, sofas, decorate, among others.
I want to share this pages that I found on the web:
I think that are very good alternatives to that from our house we start to recycle and reuse the tires. Also do not forget to teach our neighbors and colleagues at work.
It would be helpful if those who work as teachers design an ecological project on the reuse of tires. They would be teaching children and young people to realize the damage they cause to the environment tires.
A large scale there are many alternatives such as tires reuse for to create bags and belts, and even Rubberized Asphalt Concrete, but these alternatives are a bit more complicated involving an industrial process.

FELLING OF TREES, A BIG PROBLEM
By. Yeinny Quintero
FOR THE AUDIO READING GO TO: http://vocaroo.com/i/s1E17FBmMc5ETaking into account, that I live in a town purely farmer and where illicit crops are grown environmental problems are many.
On this occasion, I think the most important is the felling of trees for planting licit and illicit crops. The water is running out due to the indiscriminate felling of trees.Farmers must realize the damage they are causing and they must begin taking steps like planting trees and taking care of water sources.
The best way to help contribute to the environment is to become aware of the problem and to denounce those who commit such crimes. In the future it may be possible to enjoy natural resources if we care now and we promote good use of them.

SOLUTIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS IN IZMIR
By Paula Andrea Henao Ariza
To be honest, the streets generally keep clean in contrast with other cities, there are trash box to deposit the garbage so it helps keeping clean the street, I say this because when people are putting the garbage inside plastics in the streets the homeless who are looking for plastic or carton come to open it and disorganizes, in addition the animals (dogs) are looking for food and making dirty around. As a result of these trash box, we can say it helps to mitigate the environmental problem. In another hand, government is giving recyclable trash box for most of streets in all Turkey and Izmir so we can find these ones easily, nevertheless people should use it. Also, government is being more strict about the environmental safety standards for fabrics. However, to solve the previous problem they are doing purification for water, in this way this can be ready for the usage at homes.
In contrast to cut trees for buildings or roads, other countries are trying to make best infrastructure by innovation, they build the roads over the sea in order to protect nature as much as possible, they know how much important is the environmental and the benefits that it has. As we know, the forest contains special habitat which provides the species to survive, in addition, people can grow their own food, in this way getting fresh and natural products won't be so difficult for all population. As a consequence, we can provide our children with healthy food.
In my view, if a country wants to progress about infrastructure which can provide different services for everyone, the stones are basic to build different projects but it is clear that we must know how to get and how to use the tools, around the world and Izmir is not the exception, there are many places where fabrics or entities can find stones, these places do not have forest which make easier the job to pick up this mineral without many machinery, as well as not destroying the environment by cut the trees.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS IN IZMIR
By Paula Andrea Henao Ariza

Personally, I think one of the environmental problems in Izmir is poisoning rivers, we are finding fishes on the surface of the river because of the fabrics allow their pipelines going directly to the river without any filter, even it has been forbidden by government; moreover, there are people who do not have so much education and they are throwing the garbage in the street which by time is going inside the different rivers, to my mind, people pretend others to clean instead of them due to less education, being lazy to put the garbage in the right place, trying to ignore the environmental problem or simply they think it is not serious thing. In spite of government and different companies are building filters to make it cleaner.

In spite of government and different companies are building filters to make it cleaner.
Another
environmental problem is that Izmir is plain and people are building
over fertile soil, as a result people cannot find foods easily,
therefore they are going to different villages around the city to grow
it up. It is not going well about future because they will suffer
absence of foods or they must grow food in artificial way with hormones,
consequently these artificial foods are not healthy for people, we
would eat chemical foods getting health problems in the future. It is
clear that government does not divide money for different projects to
improve and organize the infrastructure and fertile soil, they are
spending lands with concrete and factories what makes to think the
situation will get worse.
And eventually, different
organizations or entities are cutting trees to get the stones from the
ground, it is used to make railways, buildings and the roads. Finally,
as projects government is creating nuclear plants what will make a
problematic situation in the city and all Turkey. In my opinion, it
comes absurd because this country has already known and applied the
clean or renewable energy, such as; solar energy and wind power, it is
not logic building nuclear plants, if there is a leak where the chemical
liquid is moving by groundwater very fast and going to each homes, all
people might be in risk, what means it will make an environmental
disaster.

TIRES AND TIRES AS A NECESSARY EVIL
OLD TIRES, ONE ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM
There is no doubt that the use of tires is unavoidable for humans
because we need it for mobilization. Tires are one of the main part of cars,
motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, tractors, etc. Those means of transportation use
billions of tires, therefore billions of tires produce tire-garbage.
Initially, tires had been
collected and disposed in order to solve the problem. But, to assign
the responsibility was not easy owing to the fact that the environmental
damage is growing.
The National Association of Colombia (ANDI)
says, ANDI have not been obligated legally to collect
tires in Bogotá, but they have been in charged of the program
to encourage post-consumer tires.
We are sorry to say this but tires go side
to side. To our mind the collection program of the Ministry of
Environment is not giving the results needed in Bogota. To fix the
tires problem, the Mayor and Environmental Authorities need reviewing
their policies on the subject.
It is clear that more needs to be done to protect the environment, because
of tires lying on the streets. They are generating more and more
pollution, "not just enough that these collection sites are present, to
achieve the goal of collaboration is needed people "Because the city
cannot afford to spend time waiting and waiting because it´s
difficult for many people understand that if the tires are burned
they cause environmental tragedies due to air pollution which
causes respiratory complications. Moreover, many tires are sent
to the rivers causing a huge environmental impact.
Tire-Garbage has been a problem for many years |
SOLUTION
Recycling &
Environments
Participating in the
event of use of recyclable items such as environmental conservation
Tire
recycling is a very useful and simple gesture that appreciates the environment
in several ways. The need for new raw materials to create products and all its
process of extraction, transportation, processing and energy cost decreases to
reuse recycled waste. It also prevents these containers end up in the streets,
warehouses or rivers increasingly saturated with problems of environmental
impact. Therefore, the tire recycling also contributes to reducing emissions of
greenhouse gases.
Participate in protecting the environment also has to do with helping to recycle tires and reduce the amount of waste that they leave. |
The government and industry could make a little effort
